These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paterson Roofing Pros website and our roofing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Paterson Roofing Pros provides residential and commercial roofing services in the greater Paterson metropolitan area, including but not limited to roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, metal roofing, shingle roofing, flat roofing, gutter installation, roof inspections, emergency repairs, and skylight installation.
All estimates provided by Paterson Roofing Pros are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional work required due to hidden damage discovered during the project (such as rotted decking) will be communicated to you before proceeding, and additional costs will be approved by you in writing.
Paterson Roofing Pros provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all complete roof replacements, covering defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and vary by product. Warranty details are provided in writing upon project completion. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain the roofing system.
Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. For most residential projects, we require a deposit upon contract signing with the balance due upon completion. For insurance claim projects, payment terms are coordinated with your insurance company. We accept checks, credit cards, and approved financing.
You may cancel a signed agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty, as required by New Jersey law. After the cancellation period, cancellation may be subject to fees for materials already ordered or work already completed.
Paterson Roofing Pros is licensed by the State of New Jersey (License #13VH12345604) and carries comprehensive general liability insurance, worker compensation insurance, and is fully bonded. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Paterson Roofing Pros's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Fulton County, New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
